Below is how the money for these Tournament Player’s Monthly Qualifier Poker Tournaments is collected. The house will collect $15 dollars from the buy-ins for all Daily, Nightly, Sunday or Weekend Tournaments (on Saturdays).
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
Each Tournament Player’s Monthly Qualifier Poker Tournaments event will be held on the last Wednesday of each month in the ACCRM Poker Room. The schedule is as follows:January 28, 2026 & February 25, 2026.
To qualify for and participate in our end of the month Tournament Player’s Monthly Qualifier Poker Tournaments, a participant must have played in at least three (3) of our cash buy-in poker tournaments (either Daily, Nightly, Sunday and/or Weekend Tournaments) in a one (1) month period (any month, but each month is individual to qualify for). Their play will be recorded each time they play a cash buy-in poker tournament by the player having their ACE Club Card swiped by the Tournament Poker Cashier (or above) when they sign up to play in one of our poker tournaments during the month OR if they do not have an ACE Club Card the Poker Room Floor Supervisor (or above) will keep track of all the names written down on the Tournament Control Sheet for each tournament.
REGISTRATION FEE & DEALER TOKES
- Players must register in person with the Poker Cashier (or above) at the Poker Cashier Podium on tournament days, starting at 1:00PM.
- Registration will end one (1) hour after the start of each tournament event, with new players being allowed to enter up until that time.
- $50 dollars registration fee for each poker tournament buy-in. From each “buy-in”, the house shall receive $30 dollars (House Rake). The dealers will receive $20 dollars (Dealer Tokes).
TOURNAMENT CONTROL SHEET(S):
The dollars allocated for the Prize Pool (i.e., Guarantee Payout Amount) along with dollars allocated for the house rake (i.e., what is allocated for the Poker Room Revenue along with what is allocated for the Dealers Tips) are listed on the Tournament Control Sheet. This money collected during each tournament will be sent to the Main Cage with a Cashier Voucher that will state this money is for the Tournament Player’s Monthly Qualifier Poker Tournaments.
SEATING & SIGN UPS:
Players may sign up to play starting two (2) hours before and up to one (1) hour after the start of eachtournament event, at the Poker Cashier Podium with the Poker Cashier (or above). Seating will be on a first come, first serve basis, as the Poker Room has limited seating. There will be five (5) tables of up to ten (10) seats for a total of fifty (50) seats available at the start of each tournament event.
ALTERNATE LIST:
- If all fifty (50) seats available are filled, we will use the alternate list format for players waiting to play.
- All players waiting on the alternate list will get an opportunity to play, as they will get into the tournament as other players get knocked out.
- Alternate players will also start their participation with the same amount of chips.
PLAYER PARTICIPATION TRACKING:
Each day the Poker Room shall maintain the Tournament Control Sheet(s) and compare them against the Bravo Tracking system. As the month goes on, a Poker Room Floor Supervisor (or above) will update the list of players that have played in three (3) or more tournaments so they can track their tournament participation to see if they are qualified.
