January Terraza Concert Series Drawings

Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City (herein referred to as ACCCC respectively in the promotion rules) will host the January Terraza Concert Series Drawings, which shall give ACE Club members the opportunity to win up to $100 Agua Fuel Gift Crad and $100 in Free Slot Play or One Time Use Non Negotiable Chips Prizes. ACE Club members will be notified via property advertisements and direct marketing.

Event Details:

• Registration:
• Saturdays, January 17 – 31, 2026
• 7:00PM-9:00PM
• ACCCC Agave Caliente Tequila Bar (Mobile ACE Club Table)

Drawing Registration:

• Prospective and existing ACE Club Members that show their ACE Club card or sign up for an ACE Club Card will be entered to win both a $100 Agua Caliente Casinos Gift Card and $100 in FSP or OTUNNCS.
• The Mobile ACE Club Table will be setup from 7:00PM-9:00PM located outside of the ACCCC Agave Caliente Tequila Bar and Terraza prior to and during the free concert taking place at the ACCCC Agave Caliente Tequila Bar and Terraza to register new ACE Club Members and to verify exsisting ACE Club membership status.
• All ACE Club Members may visit the Mobile ACE Club Table to enter the drawing anytime between 7:00PM-9:00PM.
• Upon sign-up or verification of ACE Club membership status, one (1) system generated drawing entry ticket will be printed and deposited into the drawing barrel by a Marketing representative.
  • In the event the system outage, manual drawing entries will utilized and be completed by a Marketing representative.
• ACE Club members are limited to one (1) drawing entry ticket (System Generated) per promotional day.
• One (1) winner will be selected per promotional day.
• No casino play or concert attendance is necessary to receive a drawing entry ticket.

Drawing Structure:

• At approximately 10:00PM each promotional day, One (1) winner will be selected by a Marketing representative.
• Drawings will be conducted and announced from the ACCCC ACE Club by a Marketing representative to be heard thgoughout the ACCCC Casino Floor.
• Winners have twenty-four (24) hours to claim their prize from a Marketing representative at the ACCCC ACE Club (during operating hours).
  • If the winner does not claim their prize within the allotted time limit, the prize will be forfeited and no new winner will be drawn.
• Must be or become an ACE Club Member to participate.
• Drawing Barrel will be located on a table behind the the Mobile ACE Club Table.
• At approximately 9:00PM, the drawing barrel will be transported to the ACCCC ACE Club with Security Officer escort and notification to ACGC Surveillance.

Weekly Prize Structure & Details:

• One (1) winner of both a $100 Agua Caliente Casinos Gift Card and $100 in FSP or OTUNNCs will be drawn at approximately 10:00PM from the ACCCC ACE Club each promotional day by a Marketing representative.
• Three (3) Agua Caliente Casino Gift Cards (one (1) per promotional drawing) were previously procured through ACBCI Revenue Audit.

Prize Pool

• Prize Pool per promotional week: $100 Agua Caliente Casinos Gift Card & $100 FSP/ or OTUNNCs
• Combined Prize Pool for entire promotion (3 weeks): $300 Agua Caliente Casinos Gift Card & $300 toal in FSP and/or OTUNNCs

Drawing:

• Prospective and existing ACE Club members may receive one (1) drawing entry ticket to be deposited into the drawing barrel by an authorized Marketing representative upon either signing up for an ACE Club Card or by presenting their ACE Club Card at the Mobile ACE Club Table.
• The drawing barrel will be located at a table behind the Mobile ACE Club Table.
• If the winner does not claim their prize within the allotted time limit of twenty-four (24) hours, the prize will be forfeited and no new winner will be drawn.
• ACE Club members do not have to be present to win.

DRAWING AND DRAWING ENTRY RULES:

(All Drawings and Drawing Entry Rules are standard for promotions unless otherwise stated with details within the gaming memorandum for each Event).

1. ACE Club members may only win once (1) per promotional day.
2. ACE Club members are limited to one (1) drawing entry ticket per Terraza Concert promotional date.
3. All drawing promotions shall have a thirty (30) minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after a winner has been chosen.
4. A system generated drawing entry tickets will be generated as an entry into the drawings. This system generated drawing entry ticket will list the ACE Club member’s first and last name, ACE Club account number, date, and a space for the issuing authorized Marketing representative to sign with name and gaming license number. The drawing entry ticket will be deposited into the drawing barrel by an authorized Marketing representative.
5. In the event of a system outage, manual generic drawing entries ticket will be used. Drawing entries ticket will include space provided for the Marketing representative to print the name of the event, date, ACE Club member’s first and last name, ACE Club account number, and issuing team member initial and badge number. The drawing entry will be deposited into the drawing barrel by an authorized Marketing representative. The manual generic drawing entry will be sequentially numbered.
6. For the duration of the event, the Drawing Barrel will be located at a table behind the Mobile ACE Club Table (outside the ACCCC Agave Caliente Tequila Bar). An authorized Marketing representative will issue one (1) drawing entry for each new ACE Club member sign-up or existing ACE Club member who presents their ACE Club Card at the time frame indicated for the promotion at the Mobile ACE Club Table (outside the Agave Caliente Tequila Bar). Once the drawing entry is issued, the authorized Marketing representative will take the system generated drawing entry and deposit it into the drawing barrel.
7. Per the drawing schedule: Any transportation of the drawing barrel to/from the ACCCC ACE Club to the promotional area located at a table behind the Mobile ACE Club Table, listed within the Gaming Memorandum shall require a Security Officer escort and notification to ACGC Surveillance. Each drawing shall be conducted from the designated area by two (2) Marketing representatives. An authorized Marketing representative, with an additional authorized Marketing representative serving as witness. Prior to each specified drawing time listed within the Gaming Memorandum, a Marketing representative will spin the drawing barrel to mix the drawing entries and award the prize offered. Drawing times are subject to change and all details needed for this shall be listed in the Gaming Memorandum.
8. ACE Club Members do not need to be present to win.
9. The winner will be announced on the ACCCC Casino Floor on the promotional day and will have twenty-four (24) hours to claim their prize at the ACCCC ACE Club with an authorized Marketing representative. Winners who do not arrive in the allotted time frame will forfeit their prize. The Winners Log shall be noted by at least one (1) Marketing representative as “no show” and signed with time, name, and gaming license number of a Marketing representative.
10. Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (as applicable). The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.
11. The Winner’s Release Form will include space for two (2) employee signatures: One (1) authorized Marketing representative and one (1) additional signature of an authorized Marketing representative for verification. Winners are responsible for all Federal, State, and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.
12. For each winner selected, an authorized Marketing representative will enter the following information on the Winners Log: date and time of the promotion, winner’s first and last name, winner’s ACE Club number and the prize won. The authorized Marketing representative shall sign the log with their name and gaming license number attesting to the prize distribution. The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize.
13. Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport: Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards). Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize. 

GENERAL RULES:

1. Must be 21 years or older to participate. 
2. Must be or become an ACE Club member to participate.
3. ACE Club members do not need to be present to win.
4. Restricted players are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
5. Employees of Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate.
6. ACE, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of Agua Caliente Casinos. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club brochures.
7. Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers
8. Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use. 
9. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.
10. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.
11. The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having “tampered”, in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to “tampering” with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).
12. Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct mail letter and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.
13. All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.
14. All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.
15. Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.
16. No casino play or concert attendance is necessary to receive a drawing entry.
17. Gift Card prizes will be distributed by a Marketing representative from the ACCCC ACE Club (during operating hours). Gift Card type, denomination and quantity will be outlined within the Gaming memorandum for each approved submission.
18. Gift Card cannot be exchanged or substituted for FSP or OTUNNCs.
19. Other prizes offered will be distributed by a Marketing representative from the ACCCC ACE Club (during operating hours). Description, value and quantity will be outlined within the Gaming memorandum for each approved submission.
20. OTUNNCs prize will be paid out via a voucher issued to the winner that is then paid out at the Main Cashier’s Cage. OTUNNCs vouchers expire twenty-four (24) hours after issuance.
21. Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:
    • $0 – $100 – Expires in 24 hrs.
    • $101 – $1,500 – Expires in thirty (30) days
    • $1,501 – $5,000 – Expires in sixty (60) days
    • $5,001 – $19,999 – Expires in ninety (90) days
    • $20,000+ – Expires in 180 days
22. Prize won must be received in all FSP or all OTUNNC (no partial payments).
23. A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.
24. The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
