The Poker Room at Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage (hereinafter referred to as ACCRM) shall add $50 in live gaming chips to all eligible live poker games every thirty (30) minutes, every promotional day from September 7, 2026 through January 1, 2027, during the Graveyard Splash the Pot Poker Promotion.

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

Every Monday through Friday, from September 7, 2026 through January 1, 2027 the ACCRM Poker Room will “Splash the Pot” every thirty (30) minutes at each eligible live Texas Hold’ Em and Omaha poker game (with a minimum of five (5) poker players), by adding $50 in live gaming chips beginning at 12:15AM - 2:45AM. 

Posted Play Dates & Times:

·      Every Monday through Friday, from September 7, 2026 through January 1, 2027

·      Starting at 12:15AM to 2:45AM 

·      6 Play Times per promotional day, throughout the promotional period. 

Prize Pool

·      Per promotional week - $13,500 in Live Gaming Chips

·      Total Prize Pool (17 weeks) – up to $229,500 in Live Gaming Chips

“GRAVEYARD SPLASH THE POT” RULES:

1.     Starting at 12:15AM the Poker Cashier or Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) shall deliver $50 in live gaming chips to each eligible table playing a live poker game for scheduled play times. The live gaming chips shall be given to the Poker Dealers with instructions to place them into the pot for the next available hand to be played. 

2.     The winner of the next hand played, shall win the $50 in live gaming chips, in addition to the rest of the pot accumulated during normal play (excludes tournament tables). Winners will be awarded upon conclusion of the hand being played by a Poker Cahier (or above).

3.     Limit one (1) played hand per Poker Player. 

4.     In order for a table to be eligible, the table must have a minimum of five (5) active players. 

5.     Eligible live Texas Hold’ Em and Omaha poker games.

6.     In the event there are no eligible live poker games during the scheduled promotion play time(s), the promotion will not take place until criteria is met on the next scheduled promotional play time.

a.     Live Gaming Chips will not accumulate to subsequent play times.

7.     Limit of $50 in live gaming chips will be placed into the pot per eligible table per scheduled time. 

8.     Poker players who are not in their seat or have not paid their blinds by their scheduled play time, will not be allowed to participate. In the event that this makes the table four (4) players or less, there will be no “Graveyard Splash the Pot” on this table.

9.     Players are not permitted to designate a representative to play or collect rewards on their behalf.

10.  All “Graveyard Splash the Pot Poker Promotion” prizes shall be paid in $5 and $25 denomination live gaming chips.

11.  In the event of a tie hand, the tied players shall evenly split the pot (including the promo money). 

a.     In the event of a $1 excess due to a split pot, the poker player closest to being the next player in front of the dealer button, will get the excess dollar.

b.     All money that is in the pot, (meaning players bets and promotional monies added) shall be considered one total pot to be split in the event of a tie.

c.     the dealer may break down the $5 or $25 live gaming chip prize for the split pot to be paid

12.  Tournament tables are excluded in this promotion.

GENERAL RULES:

1.     Players must be 21 years or older to participate.

2.     Restricted patrons are not eligible to participate.

3.     Players do not need to be or become an ACE Club member to participate, but they must provide a Valid ID.

4.     Employees of Agua Caliente Casinos, and the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are eligible to participate according to the ACBCI Casino Operations Gambling Policy.

5.     Employees of the Poker Department are not eligible to participate.

6.     Live gaming chips have no expiration date.

7.     Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e., driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards).  

8.     Winners are responsible for all Federal, State and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a Social Security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.

9.     Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless from the award or use of the prize.

10.  Ace, Edge, or Elite Cards are the property of Agua Caliente Casinos. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club Brochure.

11.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.

12.  Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discounts or group rates. 

13.  Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.  

14.  The Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

15.  The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having "tampered", in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to "tampering" with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

16.  All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.

17.  All promotions will be administered in accordance with ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies and procedures.

18.  The Poker Cashier or Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will document the results of each Scheduled Play Time on the “Graveyard Splash the Pot” Promotion Log which notes the Date, Time, If no eligible tables are open check box here, Number of eligible table(s) selected, Amount paid out per table, Total Amount Paid Out, Signature and badge number of the Poker Cashier (or above) attesting to the distribution of Live Gaming Chips or no eligible tables are in play.

19.  Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must be located within each Casino.

20.  A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website(s). The Poker Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.

21.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC)retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.

22.  Poker Cashier or Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will distribute live gaming chips to each eligible table playing a live poker game (5 or more players) during scheduled play times.
