Agua Caliente Casinos 

October 1, 2026 – November 16, 2026

Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage, Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs & Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City (hereinafter referred to as ACCRM, ACCPS & ACCCC respectively in the promotion rules), otherwise known as Agua Caliente Casinos, will host Holiday Groceries On Us promotion for ACE Club members who present their Jensen’s Finest Foods (hereinafter also referred to as Jensen’s) receipt of $25 USD or more on Monday’s - Thursday’s, starting October 1, 2026 - November 12, 2026 at the Agua Caliente Casinos ACE Club of their choice to receive an entry for a chance to win a $3,000 Jensen’s Gift Card on Monday November 16, 2026. ACE Club members will be notified via property advertisements, e-blast, and direct marketing. 

Here’s How it Works:

Location: Agua Caliente Casinos ACE Club 

Dates: Mondays - Thursday from October 1 2026 – November 16, 2026

Times: ACE Club operating hours

Redemption: Mondays - Thursday from October 1, 2026 to November 12, 2026

On each promotional day at Agua Caliente Casinos ACE Club when $25 USD or more (pre-tax) is spent at Jensen’s, ACE Club members shall receive one (1) system generated entry to be placed in the drawing barrel in which the receipt was presented to win a $3,000 Jensen’s Gift Card by presenting their qualifying Jensen’s receipt to an authorized Marketing representative at the Agua Caliente Casinos ACE Club (ACE Club operating hours) of their choice.

·      ACE Club members must visit an Agua Caliente CasinosACE Club and present their qualifying Jensen’s receipt to an authorized Marketing representative within seven (7) days of receipt date from the promotional day in order to receive one (1) system generated entry. 

·      To be considered a qualifying receipt is solely based on the pre-tax amount on one (1) individual physical Jensen’s receipt from any Jensen’s locations.

o   Electronic receipts or an image of a receiptdo not qualify.

o   Receipts cannot be combined. 

·      Only original qualifying receipts (not copies) shall be accepted by the Agua Caliente CasinosACE Clubs. 

·      ACE Club members will be required to surrender their receipt to an authorized Marketing representative (or above) at the Agua Caliente CasinosACE Club in order to redeem for their one (1) system generated entry. 

o   Copies of receipts may be issued upon request at the Agua Caliente CasinosACE Club.  

·      For the duration of the promotion, drawing barrels will be available at each Agua Caliente Casinos ACE Club under camera coverage for an authorized Marketing representativeto deposit system generated drawing entries from 9:00AM to 12:00AM Monday to Thursday from October 1 – November 12, 2026.

·      Limit one (1) system generated entry per qualifying Jensen’s receipt of $25 USD or more (pre-tax) per ACE Club member per promotional week.

Location: Agua Caliente Casinos ACE Club 

Date: Monday, November 16, 2026

Time:8:00PM (ACCCC), 8:05PM (ACCPS), 8:10PM (ACCRM) 

Holiday Groceries on Us Drawing Structure: 

·      At each drawing time on Monday, November 16, 2026, from each Agua Caliente Casinos ACE Club, one (1) system generated drawing entry will be drawn by an authorized Marketing representative (see Holiday Groceries on Us Drawing Schedule below).

·      Once a winner has been drawn at ACCCC, the ACCCC Marketing representative will communicate the winning ACE Club members name and account number to the drawing Marketing representative at ACCPS & ACCRM. Once a winner has been drawn at ACCPS, the ACCPS Marketing representative will communicate the winning ACE Club members name & account number to the drawing ACCRM Marketing representative.

·      ACE Club Members may only win once (1) in the Holiday Groceries on Us Drawingon the promotional day between all three (3) Agua Caliente Casino properties.

·      If an ACE Club Member that has already won in the Holiday Groceries on Us Drawing and is drawn again another property, we will redraw for a new winner and mark the already drawn winner as ineligible.

·      Winners will be announced from the ACE Club at each property by an authorized Marketing Representative. 

·      Each winner will have seventy-two (72) hours to claim their prize from each ACE Club with an authorized Marketing representative. 

·      Each winner will receive one (1) $3,000 Jensen’s Gift Card.

·      If the prize is claimed within five (5) Minutes, the winner will receive a $500 in Free Slot Play or One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips (hereinafter also referred to as FSP or OTUNNCs) prize bonus.

·      $500 in FSP or OTUNNCs prize bonus can be used at any Agua Caliente Casino.

·      If the winner does not claim within five (5) Minutes, the winner will forfeit the $500 prize bonus, but may still claim within seventy-two (72) hours for the $3,000 Jensen’s Gift Card only.  

Holiday Groceries on Us Drawing Schedule (per property):

·      Gift Card Prize Pool Per Property: $3,000 Jensen’s Gift Cards

·      Time Bonus Prize Pool Per Property: $500 FSP/OTUNNCs

·      Total Prize Pool for Promotion: $9,000 Jensen’s Gift Card + $1,500 Time Bonus (FSP/OTUNNCs) = $10,500 (Total Prize)

DRAWING RULES:

1.     Must be an ACE Club member to participate in the drawings.

2.     ACE Club members may only win once (1) on the drawing promotional day across the three (3) Agua Caliente Casino properties.

3.     All drawing promotions shall have a thirty (30) minute verification period to determine winner eligibility after a winner has been chosen.

4.     $3,000 Jensen’s Gift Card may not be substituted for any other prize.

5.     A system generated drawing entry ticket will be printed as an entry into the drawings. This system generated drawing entry ticket will list the ACE Club member’s first and last name, ACE Club account number, date, and a space for the issuing authorized Marketing representative to sign with name and gaming license number. The drawing entry ticket will be deposited into the drawing barrel by an authorized Marketing representative.

6.     In the event of a system outage, sequentially numbered, manual drawing entries will be used. Drawing entries ticket will include space provided for the Marketing representative to print the name of the event, date, ACE Club member’s first and last name, ACE Club account number, and issuing team member initial and badge number. The drawing entry will be deposited into the drawing barrel by an authorized Marketing representative. 

7.     ACE Club members can only win at the Agua Caliente Casino property in which their system generated drawing entry was drawn.

8.     For the duration of the event, one (1) drawing barrel will be located at each Agua Caliente Casinos ACE Clubs under camera coverage. All ACE Club members will verify by presenting their Jensen’s receipt and surrendering their receipt to an authorized Marketing representative for a system generated drawing entry, an authorized Marketing representative will deposit one (1) drawing entry into the drawing barrel. 

9.     Per the drawing schedule: At the drawing time, an authorized Marketing representative, with an additional authorized Marketing representative serving as a witness, will spin the drawing barrel to mix the drawing entries. At the specified drawing time, one (1) drawing entry shall be selected at each property (ACCCC, ACCPS and ACCRM), awarding the $3,000 Jensen’s Gift Card and $500 in FSP/OTUNNCs prize bonus (as applicable).

10.  ACE Club members do not have to be present to win. Winners will have 72 hours to claim their prize at the ACE Club where they won with an ACE Club representative (or above). However, if the Winner is present at the time of drawing, and claims their prize from their respective ACE Club within five (5) minutes, the Winner will receive a prize bonus of $500 in FSP or OTUNNCs. 

11.  Winners may also contact a Slot or Security Department employee. The Slot or Security Department employee will notify an authorized Marketing representative that a winner has identified themselves within the five (5) minute time limit and is being sent to the drawing area to be verified as an eligible winner.

12.  Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (as applicable). The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.

13.  Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e., driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards). Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize. 

14.  The Winner’s Release Form will include space for two (2) employee signatures: One (1) Marketing representative and one (1) additional signature of an authorized Marketing representative for verification. Winners are responsible for all Federal, State, and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.

15.  For each winner selected, an authorized Marketing representative will enter the following information on the Winners Log: date and time of the promotion, winner's name, winner's ACE Club number, the award or prize won. The authorized Marketing representative shall sign the log with their name and gaming license number attesting to the prize distribution. The winner will sign the log, evidencing they have received the prize. 

16.  The drawing barrel will be emptied of all drawing entries at the end of the promotional drawing by an ACE Club representative or above.

GENERAL RULES:

1.     Must be 21 years or older to participate.  

2.     Must be or become an ACE Club member to participate.

3.     Restricted players are not eligible for all promotions/events.

4.     Participating ACE Club members are limited to one (1) drawing entry offer per promotional week.

5.     Qualifying Jensen’s receipts must be redeemed at ACCCC, ACCPS or ACCRM ACE Clubs only.

6.     Only original qualifying receipts (not copies) shall be accepted by Agua Caliente Casinos ACE Club. Receipts will be required to be surrendered in order to redeem their offer. Copies of receipts may be issued to upon request.

7.     Employees of Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate. 

8.     Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from use of these offers.

9.     Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.

10.  Ace, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Club brochures. 

11.  ACE Club Members are not permitted to designate a representative to collect rewards on their behalf

12.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.

13.  The Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

14.  The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having "tampered", in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to "tampering" with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

15.  Facsimiles or reproduction of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.  

16.  All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.

17.  All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures. 

18.  Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.

19.  A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos websites. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion. 

20.  Prize Bonus must be received in either all FSP or all OTUNNCs (no partial payments).

21.  OTUNNCs prizes will be issued via a voucher at by an authorized Marketing representative to the ACE Club Member. The OTUNNCs voucher is to be paid out at the Main Cage. OTUNNCs vouchers expire twenty-four (24) hours after issuance.

22.  Winners who receive Free Slot Play prize bonus shall have the coupon code added by a Special Events Coordinator (or above) or an ACE Club representative (or above) directly to their card account. 

23.  Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below:

·      $101 - $1,500 – Expires in 30 Days

24.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
