The Poker Room at Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage (hereinafter referred to as ACCRM in the promotion rules) will reward Texas Hold’ Em and/or Omaha poker players for accumulating consecutive hours of live poker play with their ACE Club Card, with a Poker Play Rewards Voucher to redeem for either their choice of One Time Use Non-Negotiable Chips or Free Slot Play (hereinafter referred to as OTUNNC or FSP). Players will be notified of the promotion via property collateral signage and Agua Caliente Casinos website. 

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

Promotional Event Details:

·      Dates: Monday August 31, 2026 - Sunday November 29, 2026

·      Times: Mondays from 12:01AM through Sunday Night at 11:59PM each promotional week

Poker Play Rewards Prize Structure

·      Each promotional week from 12:01AM on Monday, August 31, 2026 - 11:59PM Sunday Night, November 29, 2026, ACE Club members that play in a Live Texas hold’em and/or Omaha Poker game will have the chance to earn a Poker Play Rewards Voucher (hereinafter referred to as Reward Voucher) (excludes tournament play).

·      Poker players will have the opportunity to earn increments in the amount of $5 in OTUNNCs or FSP for every consecutive hour played, starting at a minimum of $25 for five (5) hours and up to $100 for twenty (20) hours of live carded play in a live Texas Hold’ Em and/or Omaha poker game per promotional week with an ACE Club Card (see Poker Play Rewards Prize Structure below). 

·      Poker players consecutive hours of play are accumulative per promotional week and will be tracked and totaled weekly by a Poker Floor Supervisors (or above). Hours of play expire at the end of each promotional week.

·      Rewards Voucher shall be issued at the ACCRM Poker Room by a Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) to then be redeemed at the ACCRM ACE Club with an ACE Club representative (or above) (during ACE Club operating hours).

Bonus Rewards Prize Payout:The ACCRM Poker Room will award $200 in FSP or OTUNNCs to ACE Club Members who play twenty-five (25) consecutive hours or more of live carded poker play (see Poker Play Rewards Prize Structure below) in a live Texas Hold’ Em and/or Omaha poker game per promotional week with an ACE Club Card.

Poker Play Rewards Prize Structure:

Poker Play Rewards Voucher Issuance:  

·      Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) will have a Poker Player Rewards list made (list created from Bravo Tracking System) and posted at the Poker Supervisor Podium in the ACCRM Poker Room, for eligible poker players to claim their Rewards Voucher. The list will include the Poker players first and last name, ACE Club Card number and hours played.

·      Poker players must check-in the following week at the Poker Supervisor Podium with the Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) to get the number of accumulate consecutive hours played from the previous week verified in order to be issued a Rewards Voucher.

·      Upon issuance, poker players will be instructed by a Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) to surrender and redeem their Rewards Voucher at the ACCRM ACE Club with an ACE Club representative (or above) during ACE Club operating hours.

o   OTUNNCs prizes will be paid out via voucher issued by an ACE Club representative (or above), to the ACE Club member that is then paid out at the Main Cage.

o   FSP prizes will immediately be applied to the ACE Club members ACE Club card by an ACE Club representative (or above)

Poker Play RewardsRules:

·      Poker players must be or become an ACE Club Member and be clocked-in at the table of play to track consecutive hours played.

·      Prize amount must be taken in all OTUNNCs or all FSP (no partial payments).

·      Poker Player’s must claim their Rewards Voucher at the Poker Supervisor Podium located in the ACCRM Poker Room, from a Poker Floor Supervisor (or above).

·      Reward Voucher for the hours of carded play from a promotional week will be available the following week, and must be claimed by the Poker player starting at 10:00AM Monday Morning through Sunday 11:59PM.

·      It is the Player’s responsibility to claim their Rewards Voucher in the ACCRM Poker Room on the following week after reaching their qualifying play from the previous week. 

·      Poker Player’s that fail to claim their Rewards Voucher within the following week (Monday 10:00AM through Sunday Night at 11:59PM) will forfeit the Rewards Voucher for the previous weeks play.

·      Poker players consecutive hours of play are accumulative per promotional week and will be tracked and totaled on a weekly basis. Hours of play expire at the end of each promotional week.

·      There are Thirteen (13) promotional weeks within this promotional event.

Live Carded Play Tracking:

·       Live carded play shall be recorded in the Bravo Tracking system.

·       To track accumulate consecutive hours of live carded play, poker players must provide their ACE Club Card to the Poker Dealer (or above) who will then swipe the ACE Club Card into the Bravo Tracking system.

GENERAL RULES:

1.     Must be 21 years or older to participate.

2.     Must be or become an ACE Club member to participate.

3.     Must provide valid photo I.D. to claim a voucher. 

4.     Restricted patrons are not eligible to participate.

5.     Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are NOT eligible to participate.

6.     Employees of the Poker Department are not eligible to participate.

7.     Players are not permitted to designate a “representative” to play or collect rewards on their behalf.

8.     Rewards Vouchers are valid for seven (7) days from the date it is awarded.

9.     Poker players may claim a maximum of one (1) Rewards Voucher each promotional week.

10.  In the event of a lost Rewards Voucher, no replacements will be issued and FSP or OTUNNCs will not be redeemable at the ACE Club without the Reward Voucher present. 

11.  Reward Vouchers quantities are limited and no replacement offers shall be offered. Offers are non-transferrable, non-refundable and have no cash value.

12.  Free Slot Play prizes will expire from date of redemption based on the amounts below: 

o   $0 - $100 – Expires in twenty-four (24) hours

o   $200 – Expires in Thirty Days (30) Days

13.  OTUNNCs prizes will be paid out via a voucher issued by an ACE Club representative (or above) to the qualified ACE Club member that is then paid out at the Main Cage. OTUNNCs vouchers expire twenty-four (24) hours after issuance.

14.  Hours of play will be monitored by the Poker Floor Supervisor (or above) utilizing the Bravo Tracking System. Players who transfer to a different poker table, will continue to have their hours of play monitored/calculated to ensure they meet the required five (5) hours minimum play criteria. 

15.  All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies and procedures.

16.  All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Guest Disputes Internal Controls.

17.  ACE, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of Agua Caliente Casinos. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Players Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Players Club brochures. 

18.  Facsimiles or reproductions of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.  

19.  Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion.

20.  Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct mail letter and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.

21.  Agua Caliente Casinos is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

22.  Agua Caliente Casinos reserves the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having "tampered", in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to” tampering" with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

23.  Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (if applicable). The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.

24.  Winners must show a valid photo identification to claim a prize/gift (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport:  Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards.). Winners must also show their ACE Players Club Card to claim a prize/gift.

25.  Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a Social Security number (and/or W-9 Form) if applicable prior to receipt of their award or prize per the ACBCI Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.

26.  Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.

27.  A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Poker Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.  

28.  Poker Play Reward Voucher shall include the Player’s first and last name, ACE Club number, date issued, offer of choice (Free Slot Play or One Time Use Non Negotiable Chips), Option One Total Hours (5 hours min – 20 hours max), Option Two Total Hours (25+ hours), Total paid out amount ($25 min - $100 max) OR Toal paid out hours (25+ hours )($200 only), One week expiration from date issued, signature & badge of the issuing Team Member, and signature & badge redeeming Team Member. 

29.  Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.

30.  It is the players responsibility to give their ACE Club Card to the Poker Dealer (or above) to get clocked in at the poker table they are playing on. The Poker Dealer (or above) will then clock them in on the Bravo Tracking System at the poker table so that they can have hours of play tracked/accumulated.

31.  The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
