Pro Football Thursday Challenge
Agua Caliente Casinos

Participants will have the opportunity to make predictions on a featured NFL Football game each Thursday during the season. Participants will be presented with six (6) picks related to the featured game, including game propositions and player propositions. Participants must make a selection for each pick to enter. One participant who answers all six (6) questions correctly will receive $100 Free Slot Play. In the case of tie, the tie-breaker question will be used to determine a single winner. If there is still a tie, the player with the earliest time-stamped entry will be declared the winner. This initiative will encourage visitation to Agua Caliente Casinos, increase carded play and help develop ACE Club members.

Event Details: September 9, 2026 – December 31, 2026

Entry Period:

• Each entry period will open on Tuesdays by 12:00PM for participants to make picks.
• Each game will close for picks at the NFL-provided game start time.
• ACE Club Members will be directed to the website https://free2play.aguacalientecasinos.com in order to make their selection of picks, view weekly schedule, and participate in the Pro Football Thursday Challenge

Chalkline Game Results: Game results will be posted by 2:00PM (PT) the following day of the promotional game completion at the ACE Club of each Agua Caliente Casino property.

• Prizes must be claimed up to seventy-two (72) hours after the posting at each ACE Club.
• Maximum one (1) winner per promotional day.

CHALKLINE ONLINE GAMES RULES:

1. This promotion is valid for the selected events/games only.

2. In order to submit selection of outcomes and proposition bets, Participants must accept terms & conditions, confirm age, and will have the option to receive Marketing offers from Agua Caliente Casinos.

3. If a Participant wishes to modify one (1) or more of the selections, they will have the option to make that adjustment before confirming their selections. Participant will not be able to modify daily picks once their daily selections have been confirmed.

4. To be eligible to win a prize, Participants must enter their team selections during each game’s entry period. If selections are not confirmed by the specified cut off time for each day’s game, Participants will be notified, via message prompt, that they did not complete the selections in time and in-progress selections will become null and void.

5. To access the ‘Chalkline’ game, Participants must go to the URL www.free2play.aguacalientecasinos.com. The Promotions Homepage will display a game, or a series of game and wager lineups. Each game that may be listed constitutes its own promotion and has its own promotional period, prizes and rules.

6. In order to submit a daily entry into the ‘Chalkline’ game, Participants must provide their predictions for each market/pick in that day’s selected game or games, confirm they have read and agreed to these official rules, that they are 21 years or older, and provide a valid email address (“Promotions Email Address”).

7. Entries must be received during the promotional entry period each day. There will be a countdown on the www.free2play.aguacalientecasinos.com homepage indicating the amount of time left for entries to be made for each ‘Chalkline’ game. Once the promotional period for that game is over, Participants will no longer be able to enter that game’s promotion.

8. An entry is deemed “received” when Chalkline’s servers record the entry information. Proof of sending (such as an automated computer receipt confirming entry or “thanks for entering” message) does not constitute proof of actual receipt of an entry. Chalkline’s database clock in Coordinated Universal Time “UTC” time will be the official timekeeper for the ‘Chalkline’ game.

9. Participant may enter only once (1) daily per promotion into the Chalkline Program.

10. Participants entering or attempting to enter any ‘Chalkline’ game more than once (1) during the entry period will be disqualified. To avoid all doubt, Participants are permitted to use only one (1) promotions email address and the use of multiple promotions email addresses will be void. If a Participant is deemed to have won multiple times, Participant will be disqualified & replacement winners will not be selected.

11. Participants may only choose picks for themselves. Any unauthorized picks selected by another Participant will be disqualified for the duration of the promotion.

12. Chalkline promotional prizes must be claimed within seventy-two (72) hours of the promotional game completion and posting of the Chalkline game results at each ACE Club. Prizes shall be claimed with a Marketing Representative at the ACE Club of the winner’s choosing during ACE Club hours of operation.

13. Winners must show valid identification to claim a prize (i.e. driver’s license, government-issued photo ID card, Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians Tribal ID, military ID or passport: Federal Regulations prohibit the copying or scanning of military or military dependent identification cards.). Winners must also show their ACE Club Card to claim a prize.

14. Winners that do not claim their prize within the allotted timeframe will forfeit their prize. No new winner will be selected.

15. At the end of each promotional game(s), all data is processed internally.

16. In order to eliminate any possibility of a tie, a tie-breaking question will be system generated as the final step in the game picks.

17. In the event of a tie after the tie-breaker has been resulted, the winning entry will be the first entry received from the tied group, based on Chalkline’s server time.

18. In the event any selected event or game(s) is rescheduled due to weather, or any other unpredicted circumstances that is not controlled by Agua Caliente Casinos or ACBCI, that day’s Chalkline Program will be cancelled and no prize will be awarded.

19. Participants may only win once (1) per promotional day.

20. Participants are responsible to input their selection of outcomes and proposition bets carefully. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any incorrect input of selection of outcomes and proposition bets.

THE FOLLOWING RULES APPLY:

1. Must be 21 years or older to participate.

2. Must be or become an ACE Club member to redeem offers.

3. Restricted players are not eligible to participate.

4. Employees of the Agua Caliente Casinos and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued Gaming license are not eligible to participate.

5. Ace, Edge, and Elite Cards are the property of ACBCI. Use of these cards constitutes acceptance of the Rules of the ACE Club and will also be advertised within the ACE Club brochures.

6. Patron must provide mailing address, phone number, email address and permission for Agua Caliente Casinos to contact via these methods.

7. Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing offer, are non-transferable, non-refundable, have no cash value, and no change given.

8. The Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers.

9. The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having "tampered", in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to "tampering" with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

10. Direct marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing letter and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate.

11. Facsimiles or reproduction of direct marketing offers will not be accepted; any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.

12. Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from redemption of these offers.

13. All patron disputes related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with the ACBCI Internal Controls for Guest Disputes.

14. All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI systems of internal controls, policies, and procedures.

15. Management reserves the right to black out holiday or special event periods. Black-out periods will be clearly stated on the direct marketing offers.

16. Agua Caliente Casinos must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within each Casino.

17. A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flier, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website(s). The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.

18. 19. Winners agree that, as a condition of entry, a Winners Log and a Winner’s Release Form will be signed prior to the payment of prizes (if applicable). The Winner’s Release Form gives Agua Caliente Casinos and its agencies the rights to use the winner’s name, character, voice, likeness etc. in any future advertising, without any further compensation due to the winner. The release also holds Agua Caliente Casinos, the ACBCI, its employees, etc. harmless from the award or use of the prize.

20. The Winners Release form will include space for two (2) employee signatures: One (1) authorized Marketing representative, and one (1) additional signature completed by an authorized Marketing representative for verification. Winners are responsible for all Federal, State and local taxes for all awards as a result of this promotion where applicable. Winners must provide a social security number and/or W-9 Form (if applicable) prior to receipt of their award or prize per the Reporting and Withholding Internal Controls.

21. Free Slot Play prizes will have the following expiration from date of redemption based on the amounts below:

      a) $1 - $100 – Expires in 24 hours

      b) $101 - $1,500 – Expires in 30 days

      c) $1,501 - $5,000 – Expires in 60 days

22. For OTUNNCs Prizes, an authorized Marketing representative will verify each winner’s ID and ACE Club Card before prizes are issued. An authorized Marketing representative will require the winner to sign the Winners Log before issuing a OTUNNCs Prizes Comp Voucher to the ACE Club member’s account. Once the voucher has printed the, the authorized Marketing representative will sign the voucher with name and gaming license number and instruct the winner to present the voucher to the Main Cashier’s Cage to receive their prize in OTUNNCs. OTUNNCs vouchers expire twenty-four (24) hours after issuance.

23. Prizes won must be all either all FSP or all OTUNNCs (no partial payments).

24. A copy of the promotion rules must be available for the public during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.

25. The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission (hereinafter referred to as ACGC) retains the right to suspend, rescind or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.
