Agua Caliente Casino Cathedral City (otherwise referred to as “ACCC” in the Promotion Rules), will give ACE Players Club members the opportunity to receive Free Play Rewards by playing the Random Riches “Showcase Showdown Powerspin” Bonus Games at their favorite slot machine. ACE Players Club members will be notified of this promotion via Direct Marketing and Agua Caliente Casinos Website.  

 

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:

 

The Random Riches “Showcase Showdown Powerspin” promotion will give ACE Players Club members the opportunity to earn Free Play Rewards. Beginning at Noon each Saturday during the promotional period, ACE Players Club members can activate the Random Riches “Showcase Showdown Powerspin” Bonus Game at their Slot Machine, as they play and reach the various point thresholds of the Bonus Game. When players reach their first point threshold, the Random Riches “Showcase Showdown Powerspin” game will activate, prompting guests to spin the Showcase Showdown Powerspin prize wheel. The prize wheel will randomly award a Free Play Reward to the ACE Players Club member. Free Play Rewards are automatically applied to the ACE Players Club member’s card. ACE Players Club members have the opportunity to earn additional Free Play Rewards as they earn more points, progressing from one stage to another. Players can track their advancement on the Progress Bar that will display on their Slot Machine. Messages will display at the Slot Machines as ACE Club members play and earn more points, encouraging guests to play to the next point threshold. 

 

SCHEDULE:

• Promotional Period: Saturdays – February 6 – March 27, 2021
• Promotional Time Frame: 12:00pm – 10:00pm each promotional day

POINT EARNING STRUCTURE:

• ACE Players Club Members will be required to reach one (or more) of the Point Thresholds listed below in order to reach the Showcase Showdown Powerspin bonus game. Point Thresholds will differ by the Club Card Level (as detailed Below):

The Following Rules Apply to Showcase Showdown Powerspin:

 

1. The Showcase Showdown Powerspin is a Bonus Game feature of IGT’s Random Riches program. 

 

2. In order to participate, the ACE Players Club card must be inserted or connected wirelessly through Cardless Connect at a Slot Machine while they actively play. ACE Players Club members can earn points at various slot machines to reach the various point thresholds in the game.
3. ACE Players Cub Members must earn the specified number of points at ACCC only.

 

4. ACE Players Club members will have the opportunity to earn up to five (5) Free Play Rewards per promotional day. Once ACE Players Club members reach the final Reward at max number of points specified for their respective Group (see breakdown above), their participation in Random Riches program will conclude for that promotional day. There will be no additional rewards issued via the Random Riches program to the ACE Players Club member after they’ve reached the fifth and final reward.  

 

5. ACE Players Club members are limited to using only one (1) ACE Players Club card during the promotional time frame.

 

 

6. In the event that an ACE Players Club member has their card inserted and actively playing at a Slot Machine at the time that the Promotional Time Frame begins, ACE Players Club members must remove their Club card from the slot machine, and re-insert into the machine, to start earning points towards the Showcase Showdown Powerspin. In the event that an ACE Players Club member is connected wirelessly and actively playing at a Slot Machine at the time that the Promotional Time Frame begins, ACE Players Club members must disconnect their Club card from the slot machine, and reconnect via Cardless Connect to the slot machine, to start earning points towards the Showcase Showdown Powerspin. Prior to the promotional time frame beginning and up to fifteen (15) minutes after, announcements will be made to notify ACE Players Club Members to either remove their Club card or disconnect their Club card from the slot machine and re-insert in the slot machine or re-connect via Cardless Connect to begin their point earning.

 

7. Every $10 dollars played on slot machines equals 3 points. Every $20 dollars played on video poker machines equals 3 points. Rated table game play and Poker players do not qualify for points. Points must be earned through slots or video poker only.

 

8. Once the Promotional Time Frame & Promotional Day has concluded, the final Point Earning quantity that the ACE Players Club member has reached does not roll over to the next Promotional Day. Each Promotional Day, ACE Players Club members will start at a zero (0) sum of points in the Random Riches program, and must accumulate new points each day in order to reach the specified prize thresholds. 

 

9. ACE Players Club Members are advised to not complete a point conversion to Free Play during the promotional period as it would decrease the quantity of eligible slot points that is being considered in the Random Riches program. 

 

GENERAL RULES:

 

1. Must be an ACE Players Club member 21 years or older to participate.

 

2. Offers are non-transferable, non-refundable

 

3. The Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other errors within the offering or announcements of any award or prize notification, or for any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature, including but not limited to areas of the casino facility where speakers are not present or functioning or for the incorrect, inaccurate or failure to capture the appropriate information. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, damaged, stolen, postage due, direct marketing offers. 

 

4. The Agua Caliente Casinos reserve the right and sole discretion to disqualify any gaming participant who has been identified as having "tampered", in any way deemed inappropriate, with the direct marketing offers. This includes but is not limited to, counterfeiting or copying of drawing entries, placing foreign objects or inappropriate markings on the entries or direct marketing offers. This disqualification will also include but is not limited to "tampering" with the entry process or any other promotional related item, or acting in a manner that may be in violation of the Official Rules or in a disruptive manner with the intent to disrupt or to undermine the legitimacy of the promotion or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person(s).

 

5. Employees of Agua Caliente Casinos, and Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians with an Agua Caliente Gaming Commission issued gaming license are not eligible to participate. (except for poker)

 

6. The final call on any dispute related to this promotion will be handled in accordance with ACBCI Internal Controls for Guest Disputes.

 

 

7. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for equipment malfunctions, including, but not limited to computer systems or any gaming related equipment utilized to administer this promotion. 

 

8. All promotions will be administered in accordance with the ACBCI Systems of Internal Controls & Policies & Procedures.

 

9. The Casino must include a responsible gambling message on printed materials for this promotion where practical. The message will read: Problem Gambling? Call 1-800-GAMBLER. Signage must also be located within Agua Caliente Casinos.

 

10. Agua Caliente Casinos, the Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians, its employees, etc. are held harmless for any claims resulting from use of these prizes.

 

11. Agua Caliente Casinos are not responsible for direct marketing offers that are lost, stolen, mis-delivered, and illegible or delivered untimely. Direct Marketing offers are valid only on the date/time shown on the direct marketing letter and are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value; no change given and may not be combined with any other discount or group rate. Facsimiles or reproductions of Direct Marketing offers will not be accepted, and any attempt to duplicate, alter, modify or change offer voids use.

 

12. The Agua Caliente Gaming Commission retains the right to suspend, rescind, or void any promotion that fails to maintain and protect the assets, integrity and reputation of the Tribe.

 

13. A copy of the promotion rules must be displayed or made readily available to patron upon request during the duration of the promotion. The rules may be available via rules poster, rules rack card/flyer, or on the Agua Caliente Casinos website. The Marketing Department will always have a copy of the rules during the promotion.
