For The Steakhouse at Agua Caliente Casino Rancho Mirage, this marks the 18^th consecutive year with this honor. For The Steakhouse at Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs, in the heart of downtown, this earning marks their 21^st consecutive year of winning this award. Both are being honored for their outstanding wine program in Wine Spectator’s 2025 Restaurant Awards, which celebrate the world’s best restaurants for wine.

Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence recognizes restaurants whose wine lists feature a well-chosen assortment of quality producers along with a thematic match to the menu in both price and style. The wine list at the Steakhouse in Rancho Mirage includes more than 300 selections and an inventory with more than 4,000 bottles. The full list is presented to guests on a tablet and easily sorts through by-the-glass and by-the-bottle offerings by name, price, or region. The Steakhouse in Palm Springs has over 1,000 bottles of inventory with 175 selections to choose from.

Both Steakhouse locations pride themselves in serving the best cuts of prime beef and fresh seafood fare, led by Executive Chef Juan Morales and Executive Chef Brian Kenney. Both Chefs and their culinary team source local produce and use fresh seasonal ingredients to create an unforgettable gourmet cuisine experience. The restaurants built their excellence with an understanding that award-winning wines are equally important to the overall fine dining experience.
